Hello. I try to translate Die Fackel to Czech, but i have a problem. I dont know, what does the word Kappenfrage mean. Is it some question about caps or hats? Thak you for your suggestions. - From the context I guess "Kappenfrage" (= question about hats) was a political discussion at that time, wether university students are allowed to wear Couleur, in particular hats (Kappen, Mützen). But I’m not sure. --Mapmarks (Diskussion) 17:16, 5. Mai 2024 (CEST)
